Earned the Associate Degree in Nursing from Northern Virginia Community College and became a Registered Nurse. Formalized the clinical foundation that had been building through years of direct patient care and military medical service.

Achieved the Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse credential, held from 2017 through 2021. The specialization reflects deep expertise in long-term patient recovery, interdisciplinary care coordination, and outcome-driven nursing practice. Founded NurseDebb, LLC as a vehicle for consulting work alongside clinical practice. The company would later evolve into a full-time consulting practice focused on healthcare compliance, risk management, and regulatory readiness for hospitals, home health, and specialty providers.

Stepped away from direct clinical nursing and turned full attention to executive consulting. The pivot reflected a deliberate choice to apply hands-on clinical knowledge at the systems level, where one policy decision can protect thousands of patients instead of one shift at a time.

Completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, graduating magna cum laude. A credential that anchors the clinical side of the consulting practice and strengthens credibility with healthcare executives, surveyors, and regulatory bodies.

Earned a Juris Master from Florida State University, graduating magna cum laude. The legal training is intentional and rare in healthcare compliance.
